Join Us in Transforming Selma’s Future
The Selma-Dallas County Children’s Policy Alliance (SDCCPA) is building a movement to transform the lives of children and families in Selma.
To achieve this, we need dedicated partners, volunteers, and supporters who share our vision for a stronger, more equitable community. Our Volunteer and Partnership Model provides multiple ways for individuals, organizations, and businesses to engage, contribute, and make a lasting impact.
Four Ways to Get Involved…
-
Council Partner: Driving Systemic Change
Council Partners are agencies, organizations, or individuals committed to working with other stakeholders to carry out the statutory responsibilities of the Children’s Policy Council (CPC). These partners focus on policy advocacy, resource coordination, and strategic planning to improve the well-being of children and families in Selma and Dallas County.
-
Community Partner: Grassroots Volunteers & Program Builders
Community Partners volunteer their time, skills, and resources to help design, implement, and manage SDCCPA’s programs and initiatives. They are the backbone of the movement, leading local projects, youth engagement programs, and special initiatives.
-
Collaborative Partner: Strategic Advisors & Experts
Collaborative Partners bring specialized expertise to SDCCPA’s leadership, strategic planning, and advisory teams. These are subject-matter experts, community leaders, and professional consultants who provide insight and support on key initiatives.
-
Funding Partner
Your financial contributions allow us to expand our programs, reach more children, and provide essential services such as education support, mental health resources, and family wellness initiatives. Every donation helps us build a brighter future for our community.
